Choose by the report you need, then check capacity, permissions and retention.
A small site connecting actions with revenue

Seline
Consider Tier 1 for a defined workload like 16,000 pageviews plus 8,000 custom events. Documented Stripe and direct revenue connections help investigate where payments originated.
Keep in mind: That example nearly fills the allowance. More custom actions can require a higher tier; payment attribution also needs a visitor match.

Seline
For five sites each producing 20,000 counted events, Tier 2 is the smallest saved plan that covers the 100,000-event total.
Keep in mind: Unlimited sites share one pool. Resolve lifetime client-seat and project-ownership questions before inviting a large client base.

Visitor Tracking
Choose the entry plan when only you need access and the whole portfolio fits 10,000. The visitor stream and portfolio view support daily site monitoring.
Keep in mind: There are no extra client logins, and tracking can pause at the monthly cap.

Visitor Tracking
Plan 5 is the smallest listed level with 4 extra users, even when your traffic could fit a lower level.
Keep in mind: Access is the reason to step up in this example. Confirm permissions and retention for the reports you promise clients.

Admaxxer
Consider Tier 2 when connected online payments and cohort lifetime value are the missing reports, and its event pool covers all workspaces.
Keep in mind: No invited users. Google conversion forwarding, offline-sale imports and affiliate-commission imports are unavailable.

Admaxxer
Tier 3 includes invitations with the owner counted in each workspace’s seat allowance. Use it when clients need their own read-only access and the combined event budget fits.
Keep in mind: Unlimited workspaces share one event pool. White-label branding is unavailable; verify role isolation during setup.

For a content site, page and source totals may be enough. For a SaaS product, an activated account and a paid subscription are separate actions that need to be defined. An agency may care more about isolating client access than identifying an individual customer.
Use Seline’s revenue workflow when you can connect payments to the visitor who produced them. Use Visitor Tracking’s portfolio and permission model when monitoring separate client sites is the main task. A feature count cannot determine whether either report is accurate for your installation.
Separate online payments from offline and affiliate revenue
Admaxxer connects supported store or subscription payments with advertising information. It does not currently import offline closed deals or affiliate-network commissions. A website lead, an outbound merchant click and a completed purchase are different events; a tool that records the first two cannot automatically report the missing revenue.
Google ad reporting is also distinct from sending conversions back into Google Ads. Admaxxer’s founder confirms that the latter is unavailable today. If your buying reason is feeding offline sales to Google, rule it out for that requirement rather than relying on broad server-side marketing language.
Forecast one busy month across every connected site
Count the entire portfolio, then add planned campaigns. For Seline, include custom actions as well as page loads. An 8,000-visit site averaging two pages and one event per visit produces an estimated 24,000 counted events. Adding another event per visit raises that to 32,000 without bringing in a single extra visitor.
For Visitor Tracking, a five-site portfolio with 3,000 visits per site and two pageviews per visit produces 30,000 pageviews. A campaign doubling one site takes it to 36,000. Its first two plans are too small for that example; separately check whether client logins require a still-higher plan. The product pages contain the detailed calculations and full plan tables.
Budget for collection limits and the work of implementation
Visitor Tracking documents a stop in collection at its cap unless capacity is increased. Seline describes an over-limit tolerance on its direct Pro page, but a guaranteed equivalent lifetime grace period was not established. Neither is a reason to buy a plan your normal workload already exceeds.
A licence does not install a successful-purchase event, join Stripe customers to visitors or fix an untracked checkout. Include the time or developer help needed to place and verify those connections. Visitor Tracking’s standard Shopify snippet cannot see the intermediate shipping and payment steps.
Match retention to the decisions you will make later
A seasonal business may need to compare the same month year over year. A support investigation may require individual journeys. These require different kinds of history: a long-running aggregate chart does not prove equally long retention of each visitor record.
Seline’s offer specifies 36 months, despite different direct-Pro wording. Visitor Tracking’s historical founder comments reserve changes to detailed records. Resolve the exact record type, export route and required period before promising clients a permanent audit trail.
Use a free report when it answers the question
Cloudflare Web Analytics is available on its free plan for web traffic and performance reporting. If that answers the questions you act on, a lifetime purchase does not automatically create a saving.
Consider paid analytics when you can name the missing workflow: a specific funnel, client login, visitor journey or payment attribution. Keep event definitions simple enough to maintain, check the data you send, and compare known actions against the report before relying on a new installation.
Check what happens when a portfolio grows
Admaxxer’s workspaces are unlimited but share one monthly event allowance; its seats are per workspace. Seline also pools counted events across sites, while Visitor Tracking has a separate published additional-user ladder. Expansion can therefore hit a different limit in each product.
Consider both a campaign spike and a new client invitation. Forecast the busiest realistic month, then confirm what pauses at the cap and how much history is retained. A lifetime payment is not a promise of permanent unlimited storage or unlimited reporting.
Feature comparison
Use the same checklist for each tool. Plan limits, paid extras and features that need confirmation are shown separately.
Features are grouped by documented coverage. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is incomplete, not that a feature is absent.
Check each product’s plan notes for tier limits and additional costs. Feature coverage is not a quality rating.
Buying questions
Which is better for Stripe revenue attribution?
Seline has documented Stripe matching by customer email or visitor metadata, plus direct revenue events. Visitor Tracking’s conversion reports do not establish equivalent payment-amount attribution.
Can I compare their pageview allowances directly?
Not safely without defining the same workload. Seline explicitly counts pageviews and custom events together. Visitor Tracking’s event metering was not clear enough to make that equivalence.
Which is easier to budget for client logins?
Visitor Tracking publishes an extra-user count for every code level. Seline documents project teams and shared dashboards, but an exact lifetime seat cap was not confirmed.
Do these tools identify every person visiting my website?
No. Visitor activity and an authenticated profile are different things. Seline needs supplied identifiers for profiles, and neither product should be assumed to reveal every anonymous visitor’s identity.
Should I buy the largest lifetime tier for future growth?
Use measured traffic and a realistic upcoming workload. A higher cap does not resolve missing integrations, uncertain retention or an unsuitable permission model. Buy the smallest plan that covers the requirements you can name.
Is Admaxxer suitable for affiliate commission ROAS?
Not for importing commissions today. The founder confirms no affiliate postback import; outbound click and cost-per-click reports are possible, but they do not establish commission revenue.
