Admaxxer connects advertising activity with online store or subscription revenue. Its lifetime offer is useful only when the payment source and attribution workflow match your business. The current founder answers rule out several jobs suggested by broader marketing language, including offline deals and affiliate commissions.
Start with the smallest tier that covers total counted events and the people who need each workspace. Choose Tier 3 or above for invitations and advanced measurement features. Skip this purchase if the main requirement is Google Ads server-side conversion uploads, offline sales imports or affiliate commission tracking; those are not available today.
Suitable for
Online stores comparing ad spend with recorded sales
Consider another option if
Lead-generation teams needing offline closure imports or affiliate sites needing commission ROAS.

Choose by events, seats and the measurement feature
Tier 1 costs $49 and includes 8,000 monthly events for one operator. Tier 2 raises capacity and adds blended marketing efficiency ratio, cohort lifetime value, CAPI match-rate information and a creative grid. Both have 6 months of retention and no invited users.
Tier 3 is the first level with client or teammate invitations. It also adds the listed marketing-mix, incrementality and forecasting features plus ad-level lifetime value and creative analytics. Tier 4 expands capacity and seats. A feature checkmark does not establish that a small store has enough data for a reliable model; ask about minimum history and volume before buying primarily for those analyses.
Count pageviews, actions and purchases across every workspace
The founder says real pageviews, submitted custom events and purchases count. Built-in engagement pings, filtered bots and explicitly excluded traffic do not. A visit with three pageviews and one submitted action can therefore generate several counted events; an event allowance is not a visitor allowance.
For illustration, 6,000 visits averaging three pageviews plus one custom event produce 24,000 events before purchases. Compare the total with the table and add every other workspace. Unlimited workspaces do not multiply 40,000 events into a separate allowance for each client. Keep enough room for campaign spikes rather than sizing only for a quiet month.
An overage can pause the dashboard even while data is collected
In the current Q&A, the founder says collection continues beyond the event cap but the dashboard pauses until the allowance resets or the account moves to a higher tier. That is different from both unlimited reporting and immediately losing all excess events. No dependable lifetime top-up price is established in the published terms.
Retention is 6 months on Tier 1 and 2 and 12 months on Tier 3 and 4. Match this to the historical decisions you need to make. If you need a permanent year-over-year audit trail, confirm export and record-level retention rather than assuming a lifetime licence stores data forever.
Three tracking gaps can rule out the purchase
The founder explicitly confirms that Google Ads Enhanced Conversions and offline conversion uploads are not live. Admaxxer can capture Google click identifiers and show internally attributed Google revenue, but it does not currently send those conversions back into Google Ads. The founder acknowledges conflicting homepage text and identifies the server-side documentation as the accurate account.
The same answers exclude importing offline closures such as an insurance sale completed by phone, and importing affiliate-network commissions. An affiliate site can measure outbound clicks and cost per click, but cannot calculate actual commission ROAS from a commission feed that does not exist. Do not buy for a promised fix or relabel outbound clicks as revenue.
Three tracking gaps can rule out the purchase
Requirement
Current evidence
Purchase decision
Google ad spend and internal revenue reports
Supported reporting and click-ID capture
Useful if internal analysis is the requirement.
Google server-side conversion forwarding
Founder says not live
Use another established route if essential.
Offline closed deals
No offline import
Poor fit for this lead-to-sale workflow.
Affiliate commissions
No commission/postback import
Outbound click tracking is not commission ROAS.
Seat counts apply per workspace; AI connections can cost extra
All tiers allow unlimited workspaces with isolated client data. Tier 3 has 3 seats per workspace including you, and Tier 4 has 10. The founder names Admin, Member and Read-only roles. A client invited to one workspace should not receive access to all others; verify that role boundary during setup.
No current plan includes white-label or custom branding. Advertising spend, store or billing subscriptions and any connected AI assistant or model provider remain separate costs. The documented AI workflow previews campaign changes and asks for approval; that is a control to retain, not a reason to give unreviewed automation authority over an advertising budget.
Buyer feedback and attribution accuracy
AppSumo has three positive reviews, including two brief comparisons with Triple Whale and one buyer describing a plan to use subscription attribution. That indicates interest and some reported use, but it does not demonstrate matching accuracy, model validity or a successful implementation on your stack.
Before relying on reports, compare known purchases with the store or billing ledger, check duplicate prevention, inspect a campaign’s identifiers and test a read-only client invitation.
FEATURE COMPARISON
Features, limits and paid extras
“Included” and “unlimited” can mean different things. This checklist separates full access, usage limits, add-ons and features that are not confirmed.

USE CASES
What problems does Admaxxer solve?
01
See whether a campaign brings customers who keep paying
Day-one return can hide the later subscription revenue from customers acquired by an ad.
How to use it
Connect a supported billing or store integration and the relevant advertising accounts.
Install and verify the first-party tracking needed to match visits and purchases.
Compare attributed revenue and, on eligible tiers, cohort lifetime value.
What this helps you do: The intended workflow connects acquisition spend with later online payments.
Limitations: A customer must be matched successfully, and attribution is a reporting model rather than proof that an ad caused every sale.
02
Keep client reporting separate without buying one workspace per client
An agency needs isolated dashboards and limited client access.
How to use it
Create a workspace for each client and connect its accounts.
Budget the combined event volume across the portfolio.
On Tier 3 or 4, invite each client with the appropriate role.
What this helps you do: Each workspace can have its own integrations and team while sharing the purchased capacity.
Limitations: The owner counts toward each workspace’s seat allowance. There is no white-label branding on any current plan.
BUYER FEEDBACK
What buyers say
Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.
Mixed feedback
Positive but limited review evidence
Three AppSumo reviews are positive. Two are brief alternative comparisons and one describes subscription-attribution goals; this does not establish a measured accuracy advantage.
Mixed feedback
External reviews are also brief
The reviewed Trustpilot page contains brief positive accounts of moving from Triple Whale. They offer little implementation detail and do not validate attribution accuracy or establish a general cost saving.
Admaxxer images
Admaxxer, Seline or Visitor Tracking
Admaxxer is the category candidate for combining advertising spend with online purchase or subscription revenue, provided its supported integrations fit. Seline focuses on website events, funnels and documented Stripe or direct revenue matching. Visitor Tracking is a candidate for site monitoring and visitor activity with an explicit ladder of additional-user allowances.
For a simple content site, a free traffic report may already answer the useful question. For a store, define the payment-matching job before comparing prices. For an agency, compare who can log in and the pool consumed by every client. There is no honest universal winner across those three different requirements.
Does Admaxxer send conversions back to Google Ads?
Not currently. The founder explicitly says Google server-side forwarding, Enhanced Conversions and offline uploads are unavailable. Google click-ID capture and internal reports are different capabilities.
Can an affiliate website track its commissions?
Not through an affiliate commission import. It can track traffic, spend and outbound click goals, but the founder says commission postbacks are not supported.
Are events shared by workspaces?
Yes. The monthly pool is shared across all workspaces, even though workspace count is unlimited.
What happens above the event allowance?
The founder says collection continues but the dashboard pauses until reset or an upgrade. A guaranteed lifetime top-up price is not established.
Which tier lets clients log in?
Tier 3 and Tier 4. Seats apply per workspace and include the owner; Tiers 1 and 2 are owner-only.
Is white-label branding included?
No. The founder says white-label and custom branding are unavailable on both lifetime and monthly plans.
