SOFTWARE BUYING GUIDE

Content marketing lifetime deals: publishing and team fit

Choose a content platform around the handoff from idea to approved article to distribution. A writing assistant alone does not solve client permissions or publishing coordination.

StoryChief brings articles, social distribution and publishing approvals into one workflow. Choose it when coordinating people and destinations is the bottleneck, not simply because you need an AI draft.

Consider Tier 2 when writers and reviewers need shared publishing approvals. It includes 2 workspaces with 5 users each. Choose it for coordination across articles and social channels; a solo writer who only needs drafts has less reason to pay for the team capacity.

License Tier 2: $179 one-time

Keep in mind: AI images and video use paid add-on credits. The offer requires AppSumo Plus and new-customer eligibility; channel and text-credit limits still apply per workspace.

Tier 1 is the smaller option when 1 user and 1 workspace are sufficient. Its 25 articles per month and 6 social channels support a defined publishing schedule without buying unused client workspaces.

License Tier 1: $69 one-time

Keep in mind: It is not the shared-team recommendation. Check the CMS connection and actual media workflow before moving an existing publication.

How many client workspaces do you need?

List the brands you actively publish for and the people who need access to each. Workspace separation helps with content organization, but creating an independent account is not the same as using an included client workspace.

Is a free workflow enough?

A CMS editor and a shared calendar can be sufficient for one person publishing a few articles. Pay for collaboration software when approval delays or repeated multichannel work are an actual problem.

Buying questions

Does StoryChief include AI image and video generation every month?

No. Monthly text and agent credits are separate from optional image/video add-on credits. The founder says those media credits do not renew.

Can I use the included workspaces for my own brands?

Yes. The founder says connected client/child workspaces can also be used for your own brands. An independent workspace has a separate subscription context.

Is the current deal available to existing customers?

The public offer says new StoryChief customers only. An optional expansion for original 2018 buyers is a separate offer; do not assume a new license will upgrade an existing account.
