Recommended tools and plans

Choose the smallest plan that covers the required workflow and capacity.

Make the presentation before adding an assistant

PresEngage answers questions from uploaded slides and supporting documents. It should be compared with an audience-engagement layer, not purchased as if it were a slide-design application.

Export the deck as PDF, then add the material needed to answer the questions a real attendee is likely to ask. Short visual slides may not contain enough context alone.

Choose the joining channel for the room

Online participants can receive a direct link or use the supported Zoom/Google Meet side panel. An in-person workshop may benefit from Tier 2 QR sharing and wallet access.

Both tiers cover one presenter and one workspace. Unlimited audience members do not imply unlimited trainers or separate client workspaces.

Rehearse unanswered and sensitive questions

Test a question directly answered in the deck, one needing supporting material and one outside scope. Check translations of specialized terms before a multilingual event.

Anonymous web participation changes follow-up: those attendees cannot be emailed afterwards. The optional setting does not promise anonymity across meeting identities or messaging channels.

Budget channels outside the licence

Web participation is the included route. SMS and WhatsApp use optional per-member charges, and external video hosting or meeting software can have their own bills.

For a small session, ordinary meeting chat and a written FAQ may already be enough. Adopt the additional layer when it solves a repeated audience problem, and verify it before relying on it in front of a live room.
