For a small product feedback board

ProductBridge
ProductBridge starts at $69 for three staff, with requests, roadmap and changelog connected.
Keep in mind: AI and support conversations are metered; API and insights need Tier 2.

ProductBridge
Tier 2 adds customer segments, insights and API/webhooks for one organization.
Keep in mind: More organizations require a higher tier.

More Good Reviews
More Good Reviews is the relevant workflow when customers should review a business location, rather than vote on product features.
Keep in mind: Monthly requests are shared; SMS uses separately billed provider services.

A restaurant asking a customer to leave a Google review needs a review-request workflow. A SaaS team deciding whether to add an export feature needs a feedback board connected to its roadmap. More Good Reviews and ProductBridge serve these different purposes, so a generic feature count would be misleading.
Begin with the action you want after feedback arrives: reply to a public review, prioritize a request, or notify a customer about a shipped change. Choose the product around that action.
Count the units that the product actually bills
More Good Reviews uses locations and a shared monthly request allowance. Empty projects can consume a location according to its current documentation. ProductBridge uses organizations, staff seats and AI/support allowances. None of these units can be substituted for another.
A ten-location campaign can exhaust requests even with one staff member. A two-person product team can need ProductBridge Tier 2 for an API before it runs out of seats. Budget capacity and feature gates together.
Agency branding needs exact entitlement checks
More Good Reviews has older/general FAQ wording requiring five codes, but its dedicated lifetime terms updated on 12 October explicitly enable agency access from three codes, matching the current table. Plan 3 is therefore the supported starting point for that scope; confirm any specific portal or reseller requirement against those terms. ProductBridge custom-domain support does not by itself establish unrestricted resale rights.
Before onboarding a client, verify what the client can see, which sender is used and who owns the account if the engagement ends. Keep that handover separate from an attractive public widget.
Keep the first workflow small
A free board or an existing manual review-request process may be enough while volume is low. Paid software becomes useful when the repeated coordination is clear: sending requests consistently, reviewing feedback and closing the loop.
Evaluate one genuine workflow with sample data and approved recipients. Do not infer that every integration logo includes a subscription to the connected service, and keep SMS or AI costs separate from the licence.
Feature comparison
Use the same checklist for each tool. Plan limits, paid extras and features that need confirmation are shown separately.
Features are grouped by documented coverage. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is incomplete, not that a feature is absent.
Check each product’s plan notes for tier limits and additional costs. Feature coverage is not a quality rating.
Buying questions
Does ProductBridge replace public review campaigns?
Not automatically. It focuses on product feedback and connected support/roadmap workflows; More Good Reviews addresses public business-review requests.
Are SMS requests free with a lifetime licence?
No assumption of free messaging is justified. More Good Reviews uses separately billed SMS providers.
