Recommended tools and plans
Check the mailbox provider first, then count people and drafts across the full follow-up sequence.

NudgeForMe
Tier 1 suits a solo consultant following recent proposals and approvals, with 250 follow-up drafts monthly. Count drafts across every step in a sequence, rather than treating each opportunity as one use.
Keep in mind: It is a follow-up tool for existing conversations, not a lead database. The entry tier has a short historical lookback and does not include Research & Draft.

NudgeForMe
Tier 2 is the first option for these additional providers. It supports 3 mailboxes and 1,000 monthly drafts, making provider compatibility a reason to upgrade even when draft volume is modest.
Keep in mind: Mailbox capacity is not team capacity: this tier still lists 1 user. Choose a team tier when several people need their own access.
Buy nowExplore NudgeForMe’s features and plansDefine which unfinished conversations matter
Start with proposals, approvals or client questions that have a clear next action. Decide who owns the reply and how old a conversation can be before its context needs a fresh review. This gives lookback and workspace limits a practical purpose; searching years of mail is not automatically useful if the conversations are no longer relevant.
Count people, providers and follow-up steps
List the mailbox providers, the people who need access and the draft steps in an ordinary follow-up sequence. A plan can have enough connected mailboxes but too few people, or enough people but too few drafts. Choose against all three requirements so that a large inbox allowance does not hide an unsuitable provider or collaboration limit.
Decide how much review the process needs
Choose a process for checking tone and context before a draft is sent, especially when reviving an older thread. Optional research can improve preparation but may need a separate enrichment service. If the work must start from a CRM or external agent, confirm that connection explicitly rather than interpreting a broad automation claim as API access.
Feature comparison
Use the same checklist for each tool. Plan limits, paid extras and features that need confirmation are shown separately.
Features are grouped by documented coverage. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is incomplete, not that a feature is absent.
Check each product’s plan notes for tier limits and additional costs. Feature coverage is not a quality rating.
Buying questions
Is NudgeForMe for cold email?
Its core workflow starts with existing mailbox conversations. It is not a prospect database or a cold-email sending platform.
Which tier supports ordinary IMAP hosting?
The founder says Tier 2 and above. Tier 1 is limited to Gmail and Outlook.
Are unlimited follow-ups unlimited drafts?
No. Each tier has a monthly draft allowance even when sequences can continue until a reply.
