Use the daily allowance for repeat work and assess the bonus separately for backlogs. These choices assume the documented verification mode and export workflow fit your needs.
For a modest daily flow and an initial cleanup

Reoon Email Verifier
Code 1 costs $79 once, with 500 daily checks and 100,000 one-time bonus credits. Consider it when normal daily work fits without steadily draining the reserve.
Keep in mind: Unused daily credits do not accumulate. The bonus does not renew, and a complete upload requires enough available credits before processing starts.

Reoon Email Verifier
Code 2 costs $158 once and raises the allowance to 1,200 checks per day, plus 220,000 one-time credits. Compare this with the busiest normal day, not the monthly average.
Keep in mind: A larger bonus can hide a daily shortfall temporarily. Size the renewable allowance first if the same checking workload will continue.
Buy nowExplore Reoon Email Verifier’s features and plansDaily work and a one-off cleanup need different budgets
For an illustrative routine of 400 checks per day, the smallest recorded allowance fit is 1 Code · $79 once. Check whether those addresses really arrive evenly; a monthly average can conceal a much larger import day.
Now separate a backlog—for example, a list of 20,000 addresses that needs checking before one campaign. Compare that upload with the credits actually available that day. Do not assume tomorrow’s daily refill can fund a job submitted today.
If there is no ongoing verification need after that cleanup, compare a one-time credit pack or the free allowance before paying for a renewable daily plan. A lifetime licence is more valuable when the daily checks are repeatedly useful.
Check the upload requirement before counting future credits
Reoon’s documented bulk workflow requires enough combined daily and one-time credits for the complete uploaded list. A plan with enough theoretical checks over a month is not automatically enough for one immediate upload.
Unused daily credits expire rather than building a monthly bank; the one-time bonus is a separate non-renewing reserve. If you intend to split a large list across days, plan the file handling and schedule yourself. The product documentation does not specify automatic daily segmentation of an oversized upload.
Choose the verification depth for the decision
A fast signup check and a pre-campaign cleanup are different tasks. Reoon’s Quick Mode does not check individual inbox status; Power Mode and dashboard checking go deeper. Choose the mode for the decision you will make from the result.
An address check does not prove that the visitor owns the inbox. If account ownership matters, keep the confirmation step in the signup journey. Likewise, a valid classification does not establish permission to send a campaign or guarantee inbox placement.
Count uncertain results and repeat checks correctly
One charged check is not the same as one usable address. The output can include invalid, catch-all or unresolved results, so budget from the addresses submitted rather than the number of safe contacts you hope to keep.
Reoon says unknown results are not charged, or their credits are returned. That does not remove the upfront balance requirement for a bulk job. Do not assume a large upload can start because some of its addresses might later receive refunds.
Keep catch-all and unknown addresses in separate review groups. If you check an address again later, include that new work in the budget. Verification describes what could be established at that time; it is not a permanent certificate of deliverability.
Make sure the export works with your sender
Reoon adds verification fields to the exported file. Before turning this into a routine process, map the email column and the result categories to the destination’s import format using a small sample. Keep the original list and suppression records intact.
The verifier screens addresses; it does not replace the newsletter sender or outreach platform. Include any separate sending plan, paid connector or extra credit purchase in the total cost. A cheap check is less useful if every export needs extensive manual repair.
Start small before uploading the full list
The vendor offers a free starting allowance. Use a suitable small sample to establish the columns and result-handling process before buying capacity. Do not use the sample to claim an accuracy rate for the whole service.
For a client list, confirm account access and the processing documents your organisation requires before upload. The public terms do not settle the custom DPA/SCC request raised by a buyer; obtain a direct answer if those documents are a purchasing requirement.
Feature comparison
Use the same checklist for each tool. Plan limits, paid extras and features that need confirmation are shown separately.
Features are grouped by documented coverage. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is incomplete, not that a feature is absent.
Check each product’s plan notes for tier limits and additional costs. Feature coverage is not a quality rating.
Buying questions
Can I save unused daily credits for a big monthly cleanup?
No. Reoon’s daily allowance does not roll over. Compare the large job with the available daily balance and remaining one-time credits, or plan smaller uploads yourself.
Does the one-time bonus refill every month?
No. It is a separate reserve that decreases as it is used. Repeated busy days above the daily allowance can consume it even when the lifetime daily entitlement continues.
Should I buy verification if my email platform already checks imports?
Compare what the existing check actually does. Formatting checks, mailbox checks and suppression rules serve different purposes. Buy another service only for a requirement your current process does not cover.
Will every valid address receive my message?
No. Verification cannot guarantee delivery or inbox placement. Sender reputation, message content, recipient settings and later changes to an address can still affect the outcome.
