Start with a concrete activation step, such as completing the first project setup. Produktly can place tours, checklists and tips inside a web interface. A general help article or short onboarding email may be sufficient when the sequence is stable and in-app targeting adds little.
Check the script before buying
You need permission and a supported place to install the third-party script. Access to a hosted portal does not mean its pages accept custom code. Verify the exact logged-in screens where guidance must appear.
Budget triggers separately from created widgets
Produktly allows unlimited created widgets, but each code adds finite monthly trigger and announcement/roadmap view capacity. Several domains share the account allowance. Measure likely repeat use and internal testing as well as new users.
Resolve team access and maintenance
The first three cards list one, five and ten administrators, while newer founder wording implies different increments. Confirm a precise seat requirement before purchase. Keep someone responsible for updating tours after controls, page routes or mobile layouts change; a no-code editor does not remove this ongoing work.
