Decide whether manual local research is enough or an API connection is required.
For one sender prospecting in a local market

NotiQ
Tier 1 can suit a small local-service campaign with 1 sender and 200 verified emails per month. Choose this path when collecting business context and organizing outreach in one tool matters more than an API connection.
Keep in mind: Sending mailbox costs and RepliQ video generation are separate. A verified-email allowance is not a reply guarantee, and nationwide single-query coverage is not an established feature.

NotiQ
Tier 3 is the entry point for API and MCP, with 1,000 verified emails monthly and 5 connected email accounts. Choose it for the required connection even if your list volume is smaller than the allowance.
Keep in mind: A white-label dashboard begins at Tier 4. Confirm the exact automation action you need; an API label is not proof that every dashboard action is available.

Start with a territory you can serve
Define the service area and business types that are plausible customers before choosing a search tool. A local map-based workflow is most useful when those businesses maintain meaningful local listings. Plan how you will handle nearby cities, branches and duplicate listings so that a larger territory does not become a larger cleanup job.
Choose the handoff after discovery
Write down what must happen to a suitable business record: review its website, check the contact, assign an owner, and prepare a relevant message. If one person can do this manually, an entry plan may be enough. If another application must perform the handoff, check the exact API or MCP action before buying the integration tier.
Budget for a usable conversation
Keep research software separate from the services needed to reach a person. Mailboxes, domains, personalized media and a connected CRM may remain ongoing expenses. Compare the full process against the number of useful conversations your team can handle; collecting more addresses has little value when nobody can review and follow up on them.
Feature comparison
Use the same checklist for each tool. Plan limits, paid extras and features that need confirmation are shown separately.
Features are grouped by documented coverage. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is incomplete, not that a feature is absent.
Check each product’s plan notes for tier limits and additional costs. Feature coverage is not a quality rating.
Buying questions
Does NotiQ include RepliQ?
No. It supports the integration, but the founder says RepliQ is a separate paid service connected with your own key.
Which tier includes API and MCP?
Tier 3 is the first tier with API and MCP; Tiers 1 and 2 use the product interface.
Do I need Tier 4 to send unbranded email?
No. According to the founder, email is unbranded on every tier; Tier 4 adds dashboard white-labeling.
