SOFTWARE COMPARISON
LeadOcean vs NotiQ
Choose LeadOcean for company/contact data and enrichment feeding an existing sales workflow. Choose NotiQ when local map-based discovery and email outreach belong together. Their allowances measure different work, so the largest number is not automatically the better deal.

Which tool matches the people you need to find?
LeadOcean is a B2B data source for filtering company and person records, enriching selected records and exporting information or using API/MCP access. It is the more natural candidate when you already know which business roles matter and want data to feed an existing process.
NotiQ starts with local businesses and map-based discovery. A service targeting nearby clinics, trades or restaurants has a clearer reason to consider this workflow than a seller seeking a specialist job title inside a software company. Its documented city and metropolitan searches should not be confused with the countrywide search described as a roadmap item.
Evaluate each database against a representative set of leads before committing.
Compare a usable batch, not the headline record count
LeadOcean Tier 1 costs $49 and records 20,000 search records per five-hour window, 2,000 enrichments in that window and 5,000 CSV rows per day. Weekly limits also apply. A returned search record is not the same as a fully checked prospect ready for contact.
NotiQ Tier 1 costs $69 and records 200 verified emails per month with 1 sending account. A verified-email allowance cannot be fairly compared with LeadOcean’s much larger search allowance as if both measured completed sales opportunities.
For a hypothetical 120 local businesses a month and one sender, NotiQ’s entry plan is a candidate if the contacts and required actions fit. For an existing workflow that needs company/contact enrichment, LeadOcean’s entry plan is a candidate if each usage window fits. Inspect a small target-market sample before committing the full workload; this example is not a success-rate forecast.
Outreach convenience versus a separate data layer
NotiQ brings discovery and connected-account email outreach into one product. That can reduce transfers between tools, but it does not include free domain or mailbox hosting. Its RepliQ integration also requires a separate paid RepliQ account; integration support is not a bundled video subscription.
LeadOcean can supply data to a process you already use, but it does not replace your sending platform, mailbox, CRM or external verifier. Existing tools that are already paid for may make this separation practical. Starting from nothing makes their setup and running costs part of the decision.
A buyer who needs only a handful of named businesses may use public websites and a spreadsheet. Neither lifetime purchase is necessary merely because the offer looks inexpensive.
API access and client branding change the minimum tier
LeadOcean includes API and MCP in the lifetime tiers, with tier-specific request rates and API-key counts. A key is not evidence of a human seat or workspace entitlement. Raise capacity only when an actual request or batch requirement needs it.
NotiQ’s first tier with API and MCP is Tier 3 at $299. A low-volume automation project can therefore require Tier 3 even if its contact count fits Tier 1. Conversely, a person working only in the interface should not buy API capacity they do not need.
NotiQ dashboard white-labeling starts at Tier 4. The founder says outgoing email is unbranded across tiers, so a private internal workflow does not need Tier 4 merely to avoid vendor branding in messages. A branded client dashboard is a different requirement.
Do not confuse agency work with data resale
LeadOcean’s sampled founder answers allow done-for-you client work but exclude resale and client-facing data applications under the lifetime terms, including when a client supplies their own API key. More keys or a higher tier do not change that licence boundary.
NotiQ’s white-label dashboard is a documented feature gate, not permission to infer every form of data resale or embedding. If direct client access or a resale business is your reason to buy, establish the exact commercial rights rather than extrapolating from a marketing label.
Choose the smallest plan that completes the job
Start with LeadOcean when your constraint is repeatable B2B data filtering/enrichment and you already have an outreach process. Start with NotiQ when your audience consists of locally listed businesses and you want discovery and outreach together. Prefer the existing manual process if it reliably handles a small volume.
Before paying, write down your target market, required contact fields, busiest batch, next destination for the data, API requirement and any client-access requirement. A missing answer that affects the purchase is more important than a theoretical discount.
We do not calculate a blanket saving between these two products: they do not include identical workflows, use different capacity units and can require different external services. Use the plan tables below and account for the costs your chosen workflow actually adds.
LeadOcean vs NotiQ: common questions
Which product costs less for my workload?
Choose the smallest tier that covers your actual usage in each product, then add any required membership, credits or outside subscriptions. A cheaper starting price is not a saving if it leaves essential work uncovered.
Can I buy every lifetime plan shown here?
Only offers marked available have a current recorded purchase option. Sold-out plans are historical context. The merchant confirms the final price, availability and terms when you buy.
LeadOcean: Can I resell LeadOcean data?
The founder says resale needs a custom agreement. The lifetime licence is not a resale licence.
LeadOcean: Does Tier 1 include phone numbers?
The founder confirmed 100 monthly phone reveals within Tier 1’s enrichment allowance, subject to data availability. Other tier phone caps remain unconfirmed.
NotiQ: Does NotiQ include RepliQ?
No. It supports the integration, but the founder says RepliQ is a separate paid service connected with your own key.
NotiQ: Which tier includes API and MCP?
Tier 3 is the first tier with API and MCP; Tiers 1 and 2 use the product interface.
