Who is NotiQ for?

Tier 1 is enough for one sender and up to 200 verified addresses per month. Tier 2 suits a small team using three senders without external automation; API or MCP access makes Tier 3 the minimum. Pay for white-labeling only when clients need a branded dashboard—outgoing emails are unbranded on every tier.

Costs and limits to account for

  • Nationwide search in one query was described as planned; allow time for city searches and removing duplicates.
  • RepliQ video generation requires a separate paid account, in addition to your sending mailboxes.

Choose the tier by contacts, senders and automation

A local-service agency sending from one mailbox and researching up to 200 verified addresses each month can begin with Tier 1 at $69. More sending accounts do not create more verified-email credits: the plan’s shared monthly contact allowance still matters.

For 400 verified addresses and three senders, Tier 2 is the smaller fit. If the same agency needs n8n, an external CRM or an AI assistant to call NotiQ directly, Tier 3 is required for API and MCP. That is a feature requirement, not a reason to pretend the business needs 1,000 contacts.

Share the monthly contact allowance across campaigns

Divide the monthly contact allowance across the people or campaigns using the account before assigning work. Adding sending mailboxes does not multiply the verified-email balance. Three campaigns sharing Tier 2 must fit within 500 verified addresses in total, not that amount each.

A discovered business is not automatically a useful outreach contact. Check its website, service area and relevance to your offer before using verification capacity. This leaves more of the monthly allowance for people you have a clear reason to contact.

Separate the NotiQ licence from your outreach costs

The RepliQ integration accepts your own RepliQ key and paid account; it does not include video generation. If personalized video is central to the campaign, price that service separately before deciding which NotiQ tier is affordable.

Mailboxes, domains and any external CRM or automation hosting remain separate costs. Before relying on work near the monthly cap, confirm rollover, top-up prices and whether checking the same address again uses another credit. Those charging details remain unconfirmed, and a verified address does not guarantee delivery or a reply.

When you need the white-label dashboard

The founder distinguishes unbranded email from a white-label client dashboard. You do not need Tier 4 merely to keep NotiQ branding out of messages to prospects; that applies on every tier.

Tier 4 is worth considering when clients log into a dashboard under your branding, or when its sender and contact allowances are necessary. If clients only receive your completed research or campaign reports, a lower tier may be enough. For a few occasional prospects, Google Maps and a spreadsheet avoid another purchase, but leave verification and outreach as separate tasks.

USE CASES

What problems does NotiQ solve?

01

Turn a local business list into relevant outreach

Collecting business names alone leaves a second job: finding contact details and writing a relevant reason to reach out.

How to use it

  1. Choose a city and a specific service category, such as dentists or plumbers.
  2. Check each business’s website and available context for an actual reason your service might help; verify only the prospects you intend to pursue.
  3. Use the appropriate connected mailbox, review the proposed message and remove claims you cannot support before sending.

What this helps you do: The final contact list includes a reason for each approach, instead of a generic message sent to every map result.

Limitations: Countrywide search is not established as available, and research does not prove a business needs your service.

BEFORE YOU BUY

NotiQ lifetime deal FAQs

Does NotiQ include RepliQ?

No. It supports the integration, but the founder says RepliQ is a separate paid service connected with your own key.

Which tier includes API and MCP?

Tier 3 is the first tier with API and MCP; Tiers 1 and 2 use the product interface.

Do I need Tier 4 to send unbranded email?

No. According to the founder, email is unbranded on every tier; Tier 4 adds dashboard white-labeling.

Can I search an entire country at once?

The founder describes city and metro searches and puts direct countrywide search on the roadmap. Do not buy on the assumption that it has shipped.
