LeadOcean lifetime deal

The LeadOcean lifetime deal starts at $49 for B2B prospect search and contact enrichment. It suits a sales team building its own lists or an agency doing research for clients. A customer-facing data app or resale business needs separate rights, regardless of the tier price.

Who is LeadOcean for?

Start with Tier 1 if you can spread enrichment across its five-hour windows and stay within the weekly and daily export caps. Pay more only when a specific limit interrupts your work. Before committing to a large plan, check whether the database has usable records for your target countries and job roles; a bigger allowance will not correct stale contact details.

Suitable for

Costs and limits to account for

  • Client-facing access and data resale require separate commercial rights; a higher tier does not grant them.
  • Contact freshness and phone coverage vary. Check records in your target market before buying a large allowance.

Search results, enriched contacts and export limits

LeadOcean separates finding records, enriching them and downloading them. On Tier 1, a search can return up to 20,000 records in five hours, but enrichment is capped at 2,000 in that window. A large search result therefore is not a promise that the same number of contacts can immediately be revealed and exported.

Consider an agency that researches 12,000 prospects each week, enriches 3,000 and exports 1,000 per day. Tier 1 fits those stated weekly totals, provided enrichment is spread across the five-hour windows. If the agency needs all 3,000 enrichments in one sitting, Tier 2 is the smaller suitable upgrade. Processing time also depends on API throughput and the particular workload.

Will your finished list fit the export deadline?

Plan the export deadline as well as the enrichment job. A team can finish looking up its contacts and still be unable to download the entire list that day. Tier 1 allows 5,000 exported records per day; a larger one-day handoff needs enough export capacity, not merely more weekly searches.

Tier 5 also changes the periods used for capacity: searches are counted monthly and enrichments daily, unlike the five-hour and weekly limits on Tiers 1–4. Compare it with your busiest day and month separately. API requests per second limit how quickly your integration can ask for data; they do not replace these record allowances.

Client work, resale and customer-facing applications

The founder allows done-for-you client work on Tiers 1–4. That means an agency can use the data while delivering its own service. It does not mean it can build a dashboard that gives clients direct access to LeadOcean, resell the database, or avoid the restriction by accepting clients’ own API keys.

An agency should settle this distinction before paying for a higher tier. More requests and more keys buy capacity; they do not expand the licence. A data resale business needs a custom agreement whose cost was not disclosed in the public answer.

Allow time to check contact quality

An AppSumo buyer described mismatches in a small email sample, including employer changes. The founder acknowledged the concern and discussed improvements. Another reviewer found the data useful but variable. These reports justify a small target-market check; they do not establish a measured failure rate for the whole database.

Check your own countries, job titles and company sizes, then verify a representative set of contacts before exporting a large campaign. Phone availability is another constraint: the founder confirmed 100 monthly reveals on Tier 1, but did not confirm phone caps for the other tiers. Do not extrapolate that number to other tiers.

What the one-time payment does not cover

List the tools you need after exporting: a sender and mailboxes to contact prospects, a CRM to track them, and possibly a separate verifier to check addresses. An AI assistant used through MCP may also have its own bill. Include only the services your process needs, but do not count them as part of the LeadOcean purchase.

For a few named companies, their websites and a spreadsheet may be sufficient. The paid case is repeated filtering and enrichment at a volume that is tedious to collect manually. Compare the cost of producing a usable list, including checks and exports, rather than the advertised size of a database.

FEATURE COMPARISON

USE CASES

What problems does LeadOcean solve?

01

Build a relevant prospect list

A broad exported list wastes outreach effort when role, company and location do not match your offer.

How to use it

  1. Write down the countries, company types and decision-making roles you need before searching.
  2. Inspect a small selection of matches and remove irrelevant companies before enriching their records.
  3. Check whether the contacts still hold the relevant roles, then export only the records needed for your next outreach batch.

What this helps you do: You spend enrichment capacity on plausible prospects and give the sales team a smaller list to review.

Limitations: Finding a record is not consent to contact it, a deliverability guarantee or proof that the employee still works there.

BEFORE YOU BUY

LeadOcean lifetime deal FAQs

Can I resell LeadOcean data?

The founder says resale needs a custom agreement. The lifetime licence is not a resale licence.

Does Tier 1 include phone numbers?

The founder confirmed 100 monthly phone reveals within Tier 1’s enrichment allowance, subject to data availability. Other tier phone caps remain unconfirmed.

Is an API key the same as a team seat?

No. The offer lists API-key counts but does not establish a matching number of human users or workspaces.

Which tier should a small agency choose?

Tier 1 can fit internal research or done-for-you service work when its separate limits fit. A client-facing data app is excluded regardless of the tier.
