The Reoon Email Verifier lifetime deal combines a daily verification allowance with a separate one-time reserve. Current status: Available. The right code count depends on when you need the results, not just the size of your mailing list.

Who is Reoon Email Verifier for?

Start with the smallest code count whose daily allowance covers your regular workload. Treat the bonus balance as a finite reserve for bursts, not recurring capacity. Reoon is worth considering for repeated list cleaning and API checks; it is less compelling for a tiny list or a single modest cleanup. It does not send campaigns or guarantee that a classified address will accept your next message.

Suitable for

Repeat verification work where daily replenishment has real value and uncertain results can be reviewed separately.

Consider another option if

A buyer expecting an email sender, guaranteed inbox delivery, automatic daily-only processing of a huge upload, or confirmed enterprise governance.

What comes with the lifetime deal?

How the deal is bought

One-time codes, stackable to five in total. Redeem within 60 days; the listing offers a 60-day refund window. Previous AppSumo buyers can add codes within the stated maximum.

Future updates

The offer maps to the Daily Credits Plan and its future updates, including a replacement plan name if renamed.

Two independent credit balances

Daily credits replenish; unused daily capacity disappears at the reset. Bonus credits remain until spent and do not refill.

Entry allowance

$79 once buys 500 daily credits plus 100,000 one-time bonus credits.

Costs and limits to account for

  • Unused daily credits do not accumulate. Large same-day jobs can consume the one-time reserve.
  • Quick API Mode does not establish whether the individual inbox exists.
  • CSV exports append verification columns; downstream import mapping can need manual cleanup.
  • Current custom DPA/SCC availability and team permissions remain unconfirmed.

How daily and bonus credits work

Daily credits are used first. Once they are exhausted, further work draws from the one-time balance. When that reserve reaches zero, the daily allowance continues; you must wait for its reset or buy more capacity.

The latest checked founder answer and current bulk guide specify 00:05 GMT. That is not necessarily midnight where you work. Daily credits do not roll over: using no credits for a week does not create seven days of capacity.

A completed classification costs one credit, including an invalid address. Unknown outcomes are refunded automatically. You still need the upfront balance required to submit the whole list.

Which code count fits your workload?

Compare daily demand with the daily-credit row in the plan table. The one-time reserve can absorb exceptional spikes, but using it for a permanent daily shortfall will eventually empty it.

Use this arithmetic for a job on one day: reserve draw = job size minus remaining daily credits, with a minimum of zero. For regular work, calculate how often that draw repeats. The examples below assume all checks are chargeable and no daily credits were already used.

  • The workload demands are examples. The fitting code count is recalculated from current daily-credit limits and prices; it does not assume bonus credits refill.
  • Five codes are the stated AppSumo maximum. Larger sustained daily workloads need a separately priced arrangement or another service.

Extra credits, email sending and list-cleaning costs

The lifetime payment is not an unlimited verification budget. Extra instant credits cost money, and an optional daily subscription can add recurring cost. A founder answer mentions discounted extra credits for top-tier owners but does not publish a current rate.

Rechecking a previously verified list is fresh work. Budget a repeat-check schedule for addresses you intend to use again, rather than assuming a previous safe result stays current indefinitely.

An email-sending platform, mailboxes, a paid automation connector or developer setup are outside this purchase. There is also a practical cost in preparing CSV imports and reviewing uncertain results.

What verification cannot promise

A catch-all domain accepts addresses broadly, so a positive domain response cannot establish that a particular mailbox exists. An unknown result means the service could not reach a conclusion; it is neither a confirmed bad address nor permission to treat it as safe.

Verification is a point-in-time signal. Mailbox state, receiving-server policy and sending conditions can change. It does not establish permission to contact someone or fix every reason for a rejected message. Keep uncertain results separate instead of deleting customer accounts solely on a status label.

If your organization requires specific processing contracts, confirm them before uploading a list. A recent buyer question asks for a custom DPA and SCCs, with no reply visible when checked. The public retention statement is not a substitute for the exact documentation your organization needs.

USE CASES

What problems does Reoon Email Verifier solve?

01

Clean a large list without accidentally exhausting the reserve

A monthly list can look affordable when divided by 30, even though you need all its results today.

How to use it

  1. Count addresses that need checking now and check the available daily-plus-bonus balance.
  2. If timing is flexible, split work deliberately before upload; do not assume a large job will wait for daily refills.
  3. Download the appropriate result segment and keep an untouched copy of your source list.

What this helps you do: You decide whether the job fits the current balance or needs staging, more credits or a different code count.

Limitations: A large upload is designed to process promptly. Current instructions require enough combined credits for the complete list.

02

Screen form entries without mistaking a fast answer for a mailbox check

A signup form needs a prompt response, but a valid domain is not proof that the submitted inbox exists.

How to use it

  1. Use Quick Mode only for the domain, syntax and disposable-address screening it documents.
  2. Use Power Mode or a dashboard bulk check when the individual inbox classification matters.
  3. Choose what to do with unknown and catch-all results before connecting the workflow to an email sender.

What this helps you do: The verification depth matches the decision instead of treating every API response as the same level of confidence.

Limitations: Published speed figures are vendor claims.

03

Move a checked CSV into SendFox without confusing the import mapper

Reoon preserves your original data and appends verification columns, so the output can contain more than one email field.

How to use it

  1. Download your chosen result category and keep a complete copy of that export.
  2. Create a separate import copy containing the original fields your sender expects.
  3. Map the intended email column explicitly, then inspect a small import before moving the whole list.

What this helps you do: The sender receives a simpler import file while the detailed verification record remains available.

Limitations: The founder says automatic removal of verification columns is not currently offered. Spreadsheet cleanup or an automation step can add time.

BUYER FEEDBACK

What buyers say

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

When to choose free checks or pay-as-you-go credits

Reoon advertises a free allowance of 20 checks per day plus 100 initial instant credits. Its public pricing page says free daily credits renew on login, so do not assume an unattended free integration will replenish identically to a paid lifetime account.

For one small cleanup, compare a direct instant-credit pack with the lifetime deal. For steady work, compare the daily allowance and the period you reasonably expect to use it. The entry lifetime purchase costs $79 once and includes 500 daily credits plus a separate bonus reserve. Use the current direct subscription quote for the same daily capacity, including any extra credits, to calculate your own break-even period. A subscription and a lifetime package are not necessarily identical.

Do not use AppSumo’s crossed-out reference price as your actual savings unless you would otherwise buy that exact package. Your real alternative may be free, a smaller one-time pack or an existing verifier bundled with another tool.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Reoon Email Verifier lifetime deal FAQs

Do the daily credits stop when the bonus credits run out?

No. The founder distinguishes the renewing daily allowance from the one-time reserve. After the reserve is depleted, daily refills still provide the recorded daily capacity.

Can I save unused daily credits for a big monthly upload?

No. Unused daily credits do not accumulate. The latest checked reset time is 00:05 GMT. For a large job, compare the entire job with the daily and bonus balances available at submission.

Does one credit mean one safe email address?

No. It pays for a completed verification, even when the result is invalid or risky. Unknown results are not charged. Verification does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Will Reoon automatically split a large list over future days?

Do not assume so. The founder said automatic daily-only segmentation was unavailable, and the current guide requires enough combined credits for the complete upload. Stage smaller lists yourself if timing allows, or budget the reserve.

Does Quick Mode check that an individual mailbox exists?

No. Quick Mode focuses on fast domain and related screening. Use Power Mode when individual inbox status matters; dashboard checks use Power Mode.

Can I use the API without an extra API subscription?

API access is included in the described service. Verification still consumes the relevant credit balance; external automation services can charge separately. The documented bulk endpoint accepts up to 50,000 addresses per request, while the single endpoint is not intended for bulk jobs.

Why does my paid account still show the free allowance?

Creating an account does not redeem an AppSumo purchase. Confirm that every purchased code has been activated using the redemption workflow. Contact support if the correct code count is activated but the allowance is wrong.

Is the refund window 30 or 60 days?

The checked AppSumo offer states 60 days. Reoon’s direct-purchase FAQ separately describes a 30-day case-by-case policy. Apply the terms of the checkout you actually use rather than mixing the two.
