What it doesAI Toolbox adds folders, search, saved prompts and exports to existing AI chat websites. The lifetime licence covers the extension tools; it does not buy the underlying AI subscriptions.Formwise turns forms, documents and business instructions into reusable AI flows, agents and portals. The AppSumo credit balance is one-time; running those tools can create ongoing model or platform charges.Robomotion builds automation flows that run through robots on supported machines or hosted execution. Choose by triggers, concurrency and scheduling; the lowest four tiers do not include hosted cloud hours.
Included capabilities
  • Folders, search, prompt reuse and conversation exports inside supported AI websites.
  • Four specific AI website toolboxes; this is not an app-to-app automation connector service.
  • AI-provider access and subscriptions remain separate from the extension licence.
  • Structured flows, agents and reusable toolsets for internal users or clients.
  • BYOK and portal MCP start at Tier 2; native HighLevel starts at Tier 3. Tier 4 end-user connector release needs confirmation.
  • One-time credits, followed by paid on-demand usage or external model billing with BYOK on Tier 2+.
  • Production robot counts and minimum schedule intervals vary; one robot runs one flow at a time.
  • Browser, desktop and API workflows; triggers start at Tier 2, queues at Tier 4.
  • AI assistant and agent features do not establish unlimited model use; BYOK or separate AI credits may be needed.

Starting prices can cover different workloads. Compare the named tiers and allowances below before treating a price difference as a saving.

Which tool should you choose?

AI Toolbox

The strongest reason to buy is repeated retrieval: finding a past answer, reusing a prompt or exporting a conversation. If you mainly want cheaper access to premium AI models, this is the wrong purchase.

Suitable for

People who repeatedly reuse or retrieve work from AI chat history Researchers and writers who need portable conversation exports

Consider another option if

Does not provide paid ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok accounts. Browser extensions need access to the pages they organize. AI website changes can interrupt extension features.

Formwise

For a paid client service, start the comparison at Tier 2 for BYOK or Tier 3 for white-labeling. Tier 1 suits a small hosted-credit pilot; it is a poor assumption for unlimited low-cost client usage.

Suitable for

Consultants turning a repeatable method into a client-facing tool Agencies needing white-label AI portals or HighLevel integration

Consider another option if

Included credits are not a monthly allowance. BYOK starts at Tier 2 and white-labeling at Tier 3. Portal revenue still has model, platform and payment-processing costs.

Buy nowRead the Formwise buying guide

Robomotion RPA

Tier 2 is the first tier to examine for event-triggered work. Tier 4 is the first with queues and document understanding. If you do not want to keep a computer available, price hosted execution before treating the lifetime payment as the whole operating cost.

Suitable for

Operations teams automating browser and desktop work Buyers prepared to configure credentials, flows and execution machines

Consider another option if

Tiers 1–4 include zero hosted cloud hours. Triggers start at Tier 2; queues and document understanding at Tier 4. AI assistance does not remove setup, testing or robot maintenance.

Credits, limits and extra costs

AI Toolbox

  • Does not provide paid ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok accounts.
  • Browser extensions need access to the pages they organize.
  • AI website changes can interrupt extension features.

The costs that remain outside the deal

Keep any ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok plan you need for model access and usage capacity. Installing AI Toolbox does not remove a provider message cap, enable a paid model on a free account or cover an API bill. No comparable subscription saving should count those services as cancelled.

The offer maps to Premium updates and requires activation within 60 days. It explicitly has no upgrade, downgrade or stacking route. Team sharing rights and centralized administration are not established in the deal; do not treat a unified four-toolbox licence as four employee seats.

Formwise

  • Included credits are not a monthly allowance.
  • BYOK starts at Tier 2 and white-labeling at Tier 3.
  • Portal revenue still has model, platform and payment-processing costs.

One-time credits are different from subscription allowances

The AppSumo plan table explicitly labels its balances one-time. Do not transfer the recurring Pro or Agency allowances from a normal subscription pricing page to this deal. Building and publishing a tool is different from running it: a model call and added actions can consume credits when a user actually uses the tool.

The model picker shows usage costs, and actions such as web search can add to a run. A long multi-step flow may make several calls. Forecast your costs from completed client tasks, including retries and retrieval, rather than calling one credit one answer.

Tier 2 and higher let you connect supported provider keys. Those providers then bill the relevant AI requests; the lifetime payment does not prepay that bill. Hosted on-demand usage is the other route. Set a spending limit and check which actions remain platform-metered for your exact configuration.

In an October 29 founder reply, on-demand credits are quoted at $0.009 each. At that quoted rate, 1,000 additional credits cost $9 before any applicable charges; this is a cost example, not a guarantee of a fixed number of outputs. The founder notes that some conversations use a fraction of a credit while expensive models can use dozens. Recheck the live rate before enabling paid usage.

Robomotion RPA

  • Tiers 1–4 include zero hosted cloud hours.
  • Triggers start at Tier 2; queues and document understanding at Tier 4.
  • AI assistance does not remove setup, testing or robot maintenance.

Cloud management is not free cloud execution

A browser-based designer and cloud-managed account do not mean your flows run on free vendor computers. Tiers 1–4 list zero cloud execution hours. You can run supported robots on your own machine or server, which brings hardware, electricity, internet and maintenance costs, or use separately paid hosted execution.

For an illustrative workload, a ten-minute hosted job run once each day uses five hours in a 30-day month. The same job run five times a day uses 25 hours. Compare that execution time with your tier’s monthly allowance and leave room for retries. This arithmetic estimates runtime; it is not a measured benchmark or a cloud overage quote.

Exact additional hosted-hour pricing was not established in the lifetime terms. Obtain the current rate and how rounding, failed runs and idle time are billed before committing an unattended production process.

How the tools fit common workflows

AI Toolbox

Find previous client work without reopening every chat

Useful answers disappear among unrelated conversations and repeated New chat titles.

  1. Group related conversations into folders and apply meaningful labels.
  2. Search for a distinctive phrase from the work.
  3. Bookmark the answer and save reusable instructions as a prompt.

Expected outcome: The documented tools offer several ways to retrieve and reuse prior work.

Limitation: Search depends on indexing and compatibility with the source website; it is not a separate archive of all your cloud accounts.

Hand off an AI conversation in a usable file

Copying a long thread manually loses structure and makes team handover slow.

  1. Choose the specific conversation to share.
  2. Export in a suitable supported format.
  3. Review the file for private material, missing sections and formatting before sending.

Expected outcome: The recipient can work from an exported document rather than your signed-in browser.

Limitation: Exporting an answer does not verify its accuracy or grant permission to share client data.

Formwise

Turn a repeated client assessment into a guided tool

A consultant repeatedly collects the same inputs and writes the same type of assessment.

  1. Create a structured input form and define the required output.
  2. Attach the relevant knowledge and chain the processing steps into a flow.
  3. Publish through an embed or portal and review sample outputs before charging clients.

Expected outcome: A client can submit inputs through a repeatable process rather than a private prompt exchange.

Limitation: Prompt design and output review remain necessary. A running flow consumes credits or provider usage.

Offer an assistant based on your own reference material

A generic chatbot does not know the methods, policies or documents your clients use.

  1. Prepare the documents and separate materials that should not share access.
  2. Assign sources to a knowledge base and configure the agent.
  3. Restrict access, test retrieval and set each customer allowance.

Expected outcome: The documented setup makes your material available through an interactive tool.

Limitation: Source limits, organization seats and portal permissions differ. A knowledge base does not guarantee accurate or complete answers.

Robomotion RPA

Move information between an old desktop app and a web system

A process involves screens and local files that an API-only connector cannot reach.

  1. Map the input, application steps and expected output.
  2. Build a flow and connect a supported robot machine.
  3. Test authentication, changed screen layouts and the failure path before scheduling it.

Expected outcome: Desktop and browser actions can bridge work that otherwise requires manual entry.

Limitation: The machine, session and application must remain usable. Website changes and authentication prompts can break unattended work.

Process incoming jobs without starting every run manually

A team needs a repeatable response to new files or external events.

  1. Choose a tier with the required trigger; use a queue-capable tier for queued work.
  2. Assign enough production robots for expected simultaneous jobs.
  3. Monitor results and route failures for review rather than silently repeating side effects.

Expected outcome: Triggers and queues can coordinate repeatable work using the documented platform features.

Limitation: A robot runs one flow at a time. Flow count, robot count and execution time describe different limits.

What buyers report

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

AI Toolbox

Useful organization with compatibility trade-offs

AppSumo buyers describe organization benefits alongside slow indexing, high resource use and bookmark concerns. One September performance complaint was updated on October 10 to say the issue was fixed. Other founder responses report fixes; check compatibility with your current browser and AI websites.

Formwise

Deployment is not the same as a finished client service

An October buyer gives detailed examples of flow limitations and confusion between conversational intake and a conventional portal form. The same buyer describes finding a workable portal route. Several other reviews are early impressions rather than long-term results; an older HighLevel Reddit discussion predates the current tiers.

Robomotion RPA

Powerful automation with a real setup burden

Recent AppSumo reviews praise support and flexibility while others describe a difficult learning curve or connection setup. G2 also contains feedback about learning effort and hosted execution costs; some G2 reviewers disclose incentives or partner status.

AI Toolbox vs Formwise vs Robomotion RPA: common questions

Which product costs less for my workload?

Choose the smallest tier that covers your actual usage in each product, then add any required membership, credits or outside subscriptions. A cheaper starting price is not a saving if it leaves essential work uncovered.

Can I buy every lifetime plan shown here?

Only offers marked available have a current recorded purchase option. Sold-out plans are historical context. The merchant confirms the final price, availability and terms when you buy.

AI Toolbox: Does the deal include ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro?

No. The purchase covers AI Toolbox extension features. Paid model access and service limits remain with the relevant provider.

AI Toolbox: Can I buy several codes for a team?

The current offer does not support code stacking. A team-seat entitlement is not established; confirm individual licensing before buying for staff.

Formwise: Do Formwise lifetime credits refill each month?

No. The current AppSumo plan table describes one-time credits. Standard subscription allowances should not be applied to this offer.

Formwise: Which tier includes white-labeling?

Tier 3 and Tier 4 include white-labeling. Lower tiers do not include it; any separately offered add-on needs its own price check.

Robomotion RPA: Does the lifetime deal include cloud robots running all day?

No. The first four tiers include zero hosted execution hours. The higher tiers include limited monthly time, not continuous execution.

Robomotion RPA: Can one robot run several flows simultaneously?

The founder says one robot runs one flow at a time. Branches inside a flow do not make the robot an unlimited concurrent runner.
