Robomotion RPA lifetime deal

The Robomotion RPA lifetime deal starts at $119. The important choice is where a flow runs and what starts it. Tiers 1–4 include no hosted cloud execution hours; Tier 5 includes 12 hours per month and Tier 6 includes 36.

Who is Robomotion RPA for?

Tier 2 is the first tier to examine for event-triggered work. Tier 4 is the first with queues and document understanding. If you do not want to keep a computer available, price hosted execution before treating the lifetime payment as the whole operating cost.

Costs and limits to account for

  • Tiers 1–4 include zero hosted cloud hours.
  • Triggers start at Tier 2; queues and document understanding at Tier 4.
  • AI assistance does not remove setup, testing or robot maintenance.

Choose the trigger and schedule before the robot count

Tier 1 supplies 2 production robots, 25 flows and a 30-minute schedule interval. It has no triggers. Tier 2 adds triggers and lowers the interval to 15 minutes; a small event-driven workflow can need this upgrade even with spare robot capacity.

Tier 3 expands capacity and provides a 10-minute interval. Tier 4 adds queues and document understanding, with 10 production robots and a 5-minute interval. These are functional differences, not just larger numbers.

Tier 5 adds hosted execution time and higher robot and flow limits. Tier 6 adds a 1-minute interval, unlimited flows and users, but still caps production robots at 20. Unlimited users does not establish unlimited concurrent runs.

Cloud management is not free cloud execution

A browser-based designer and cloud-managed account do not mean your flows run on free vendor computers. Tiers 1–4 list zero cloud execution hours. You can run supported robots on your own machine or server, which brings hardware, electricity, internet and maintenance costs, or use separately paid hosted execution.

For an illustrative workload, a ten-minute hosted job run once each day uses five hours in a 30-day month. The same job run five times a day uses 25 hours. Compare that execution time with your tier’s monthly allowance and leave room for retries. This arithmetic estimates runtime; it is not a measured benchmark or a cloud overage quote.

Exact additional hosted-hour pricing was not established in the lifetime terms. Obtain the current rate and how rounding, failed runs and idle time are billed before committing an unattended production process.

AI helpers do not remove provider bills or setup work

The founder confirms BYOK support for AI and separate Robomotion AI Credits. Do not equate an AI agent or chat-assistant checkmark with prepaid unlimited model usage. A model key can move billing to its provider, while premium document processing may have its own requirements.

A January buyer review describes difficulty connecting Google Sheets. The founder explains that users create and configure their own authentication credentials for that connection. That is a practical setup requirement for a non-coder, even where the visual flow builder reduces programming.

Define a small proof task before expanding: one file, one application record and one checked result. Keep access scoped to the task and prepare a recovery path.

Choose Robomotion for machine interaction

Robomotion is relevant when the job must interact with a browser or desktop environment. BetterClaw is an alternative to examine for hosted agents using supported connectors, but its runtime and model billing have different definitions. More AI credits do not automatically reproduce a desktop robot.

For team conversations and shared knowledge, WorkLLM is closer to the problem than RPA. For a client-facing form that produces an assessment, Formwise is closer. The right comparison begins with the application action, execution location and required review step.

USE CASES

What problems does Robomotion RPA solve?

01

Move information between an old desktop app and a web system

A process involves screens and local files that an API-only connector cannot reach.

How to use it

  1. Map the input, application steps and expected output.
  2. Build a flow and connect a supported robot machine.
  3. Test authentication, changed screen layouts and the failure path before scheduling it.

What this helps you do: Desktop and browser actions can bridge work that otherwise requires manual entry.

Limitations: The machine, session and application must remain usable. Website changes and authentication prompts can break unattended work.

02

Process incoming jobs without starting every run manually

A team needs a repeatable response to new files or external events.

How to use it

  1. Choose a tier with the required trigger; use a queue-capable tier for queued work.
  2. Assign enough production robots for expected simultaneous jobs.
  3. Monitor results and route failures for review rather than silently repeating side effects.

What this helps you do: Triggers and queues can coordinate repeatable work using the documented platform features.

Limitations: A robot runs one flow at a time. Flow count, robot count and execution time describe different limits.

Robomotion RPA lifetime deal FAQs

Does the lifetime deal include cloud robots running all day?

No. The first four tiers include zero hosted execution hours. The higher tiers include limited monthly time, not continuous execution.

Can one robot run several flows simultaneously?

The founder says one robot runs one flow at a time. Branches inside a flow do not make the robot an unlimited concurrent runner.

Is Tier 6 unlimited in every respect?

No. Users and flows are unlimited, while production robots and monthly hosted hours still have explicit limits.
