Which tool should you choose?

Sheetify CRM

Start with Tier 1 for CRM work. Tier 2 makes sense only when you will use both the bookkeeping and project tools. Choose a dedicated CRM instead when strict role separation, complex cross-client reporting or dependable high-volume campaigns are essential.

For existing owners, size work around the space’s combined records and busiest automation month. Tier 3 is the first recorded tier with custom domains, detailed permissions and SSO. Credits, limits and extra costs

Sheetify CRM

  • Google sending and script quotas still apply.
  • Tier 2 adds separate toolkits; it does not increase Gmail throughput.
  • Do not assume spreadsheet sharing provides database-style permissions.

Gmail campaigns inherit Google’s sending limits

Google’s Apps Script documentation currently lists 100 email recipients per day for consumer accounts and 1,500 for Google Workspace accounts for services such as MailApp. Quotas are per user and reset 24 hours after the first request; related Google-product limits also apply. These are platform ceilings, not a promise that every Sheetify campaign can safely send that volume.

A 240-recipient campaign cannot fit into a fresh consumer account’s 100-recipient daily script allowance in one run. It needs at least three quota periods before allowing for any other scripted email. Moving to paid Workspace is a separate recurring cost and newly paid or trial accounts may not immediately receive the full allowance. Do not select the higher Sheetify tier to solve this bottleneck: the tier does not change Google’s account policy.

For repeat campaigns, keep the contact source, permission to send, last contact date and stop status alongside the message. Review a small internal sample before a batch. A mail merge can personalize a greeting while still sending the wrong offer to the wrong client if the spreadsheet data is stale. A dedicated email service may be a better fit when suppression, campaign reporting and larger scheduled sends are the central job.

Teable

  • The AppSumo offer is sold out.
  • Rows count across the entire space, not per base.
  • Monthly AI credits do not roll over; self-hosted licences are separate.

Keep monthly AI, upfront AI and automation runs separate

Tier 1 lists 500 AI credits plus 1,000 upfront; the upper tiers follow the same two-month upfront bonus pattern. The upfront amount is a one-time starting allowance, not an extra grant each month. A founder answer says unused monthly credits do not accrue and that rollover was not on the roadmap at that time.

An automation run is not interchangeable with an AI credit. A workflow can use a scheduled run and then perform model work whose cost depends on the task. For planning, 100 scheduled executions each day would total 3,000 in a 30-day month before retries or extra triggers. That illustrates why Tier 1’s run allowance may be tight even while some AI credits remain.

The direct site now advertises different per-seat subscription allowances. Those values do not rewrite the historical AppSumo pool. Paid add-on usage and BYOK are separate ways to cover demand; using your own model key shifts model billing rather than eliminating database, attachment or automation limits. A repeated buyer theme is that clear task instructions matter because unsuccessful iterations can consume credits too.

How the tools fit common workflows

Sheetify CRM

Run a weekly follow-up review

Leads sit in an unstructured sheet without a clear next action.

  1. Import a small sample into the CRM template.
  2. Assign each lead a stage, owner and dated next action.
  3. Review overdue tasks and the won/lost dashboard each week.

Expected outcome: A shared pipeline can make neglected follow-ups visible.

Limitation: Accuracy depends on keeping deal status and contact records current.

Separate two client businesses

Unrelated customers should not appear in the same shared file.

  1. Create a separate CRM template copy for each business.
  2. Set sharing permissions for each file.
  3. Agree how monthly summaries will be combined outside the files.

Expected outcome: Each client can work from an independent record set.

Limitation: Copies do not automatically create consolidated analytics or granular CRM roles.

Teable

Combine sales and delivery records

Teams repeat the same customer details across disconnected lists.

  1. Define customer, deal and job tables with stable identifiers.
  2. Link records and create views for each role.
  3. Add one automation and measure its run and AI consumption.

Expected outcome: A common data model can reduce duplicate updates.

Limitation: Combined rows still consume one space allowance.

Hand a client an operational app

A consultant needs to avoid owning the client’s ongoing account and bills.

  1. Ask the client to own the destination space.
  2. Build with an invited role and documented permissions.
  3. Agree on export, support and usage billing before launch.

Expected outcome: Ownership can remain with the customer.

Limitation: Custom domains do not prove licence resale or complete app portability.

Sheetify CRM vs Teable: common questions

Which product costs less for my workload?

Choose the smallest tier that covers your actual usage in each product, then add any required membership, credits or outside subscriptions. A cheaper starting price is not a saving if it leaves essential work uncovered.

Can I buy every lifetime plan shown here?

Only offers marked available have a current recorded purchase option. Sold-out plans are historical context. The merchant confirms the final price, availability and terms when you buy.

Sheetify CRM: Does Tier 2 allow more Gmail emails?

No extra sending allowance is stated. Google account quotas still govern scripted email.

Sheetify CRM: Does Tier 1 include sales reports?

Yes. The founder explicitly confirms sales statistics and charts in Tier 1.

Teable: Is the Teable lifetime deal available?

The current AppSumo listing is sold out. Recorded prices describe the historical offer.

Teable: Are row limits per base?

No. The founder corrected this: the row total is combined across the licensed space.
