SendFox lifetime deal

The current SendFox lifetime deal costs $29 for 5,000 contacts and 300,000 cumulative emails. The send pool never refills. Its value depends on your recipient count and frequency, not simply whether the software account is called lifetime.

Who is SendFox for?

Consider it for an opted-in newsletter with a modest, predictable sending schedule. Plan a paid continuation or a migration before the pool runs out. It is unsuitable for cold outreach, and buying a second code does not add another pool to the same account.

Suitable for

A creator who can estimate how many campaigns and automated emails their audience will receive.

Plan notes
  • 5,000 contacts.
  • 300,000 cumulative sends across campaigns, automations and transactional email; no monthly reset or stacking.
  • Vendor branding remains. Team logins, paid newsletters, full HTML editing, Smart Page custom domains and automation A/B testing require Pro.

Select the final tier on AppSumo. The product link opens the same listing for every tier.

Costs and limits to account for

  • The 300,000-send pool never resets or stacks; campaigns and automations share it.
  • When the pool is exhausted, sending pauses; Pro is the continuation option.
  • New subscriptions use Pro. Existing Empire subscribers may retain their previous terms.

Estimate the pool in recipient-messages, not campaigns

One newsletter delivered to 1,000 recipients uses 1,000 sends. A four-message welcome sequence for 100 new subscribers adds 400. The current help page says newsletters, automation and transactional email all draw from the same cumulative balance. Unused capacity does not reset next month.

For a hypothetical list of 2,000 receiving four campaigns each month, broadcasts require 8,000 sends monthly. Add 500 automation messages and the workload becomes 8,500. Divide the currently recorded lifetime allowance by that workload to estimate how long it lasts, then allow for list growth and special campaigns. This is a planning calculation, not a measured account result.

The contact limit is separate. A list can fit the stored-contact cap while sending often enough to exhaust its pool quickly. Conversely, a larger address book cannot be imported simply because substantial sending capacity remains. Budget both constraints before migrating an established audience.

What stops when the pool runs out

The dedicated help page describes usage warnings before exhaustion. Once capacity is gone, scheduled campaigns return to drafts and automation messages wait; they do not keep delivering for free. Waiting automation emails are eventually dropped after the stated 60-day period. Contacts and campaign records are retained according to that guide.

Adding Pro provides a monthly sending allowance. The help page says remaining lifetime sends are used first, then the Pro allowance. That matters if you subscribe early for branding or another feature: do not assume your original pool is preserved untouched while Pro is active. Confirm the billing and counter display in your account before committing to a long-term schedule.

Keep a calendar reminder to review usage before a launch or seasonal campaign. An account whose mailing stops in the middle of a launch can cost more in lost continuity than the original licence price.

The lifetime plan and Pro solve different requirements

The current direct pricing page starts Pro at $19 per month for 5,000 contacts and 100,000 monthly sends. Its quoted entry annual price is $190. These are subscription prices, separate from the lifetime tiers, and may change. Larger lists move to other Pro levels.

Pro removes the SendFox footer and adds functions such as full HTML editing, paid newsletters and team access. Existing Empire subscribers may retain their purchased arrangement, but an old $10 Empire reference should not be used as a current new-buyer quote. If branding removal is mandatory, evaluate the recurring Pro cost from the beginning.

External domain registration, list cleaning and payment-processing costs for a paid newsletter are separate. An email tool’s deliverability wording is not a guarantee that every message reaches the main inbox. Sender reputation and the provider’s acceptable-use policies still matter.

Do not apply the current pool to every older licence

The current pool guide explicitly distinguishes the new purchase from earlier SendFox lifetime deals. It also says older accounts can be asked to move to Pro when their sending exceeds what the one-time purchase covers. That means neither the new numeric pool nor an old unlimited claim should be automatically applied to a legacy account.

An August 2026 Reddit discussion includes older buyers reporting deadlines to move to Pro, with different experiences among commenters. The current help guidance acknowledges a distinction for legacy accounts, but individual account outcomes vary. Existing owners should retain their original terms and obtain an account-specific explanation before buying again or moving an audience.

API access is clearer than the MCP entitlement

The lifetime pool guide describes full API access and an AI assistant connection, while the direct pricing page labels MCP as Pro-only. The AppSumo offer also uses broad agent-access wording. These current sources conflict, so the page does not recommend the lifetime purchase on the promise that every assistant connection is included.

If a newsletter depends on automated publishing from an AI assistant, ask which exact connection works on the purchased plan, what actions it can perform and whether a subscription is needed. API access does not establish SMTP compatibility or permission to use the service for cold outreach. The current FAQ specifically directs users toward permission-based newsletters.

USE CASES

What problems does SendFox solve?

01

Publish a small newsletter without an immediate monthly software bill

A creator has an opted-in audience and wants a simple recurring email routine.

How to use it

  1. Import permission-based contacts and configure the sending domain.
  2. Prepare campaigns or an RSS-based Smart Campaign.
  3. Track actual recipients and automation messages against the remaining pool.

What this helps you do: The one-time purchase can cover a finite amount of regular newsletter work.

Limitations: The pool is exhausted by usage; the licence is not unlimited lifetime delivery.

02

Welcome subscribers without forgetting the hidden send volume

An automated welcome series consumes emails outside the main newsletter schedule.

How to use it

  1. Count the number of emails each new subscriber will receive.
  2. Add expected new subscribers and any other triggered messages to the campaign budget.
  3. Monitor the balance before a major signup drive.

What this helps you do: The planned lifespan reflects all messages rather than only broadcasts.

Limitations: Unlimited automation creation does not mean those automations send without consuming the pool.

BUYER FEEDBACK

What buyers say

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

Compare SendFox with a free newsletter and a renewing pool

SendFox Free currently provides 1,000 contacts and 3,000 monthly sends, with limited forms, pages and automations. A small, infrequent newsletter may fit that without paying. A weekly newsletter to a full 1,000-person list needs more than that monthly allowance in most months, before welcome messages are added.

Utobo Email offers renewing monthly allowances and application-email features, but its marketing and transactional traffic share one budget and some AI actions cost extra. It is relevant when recurring sending capacity is more important than the lowest initial price. Compare list size, frequency, automation, required editing controls and future migration effort rather than counting only feature checkmarks.

There is no universal savings claim here. A finite pool can be excellent value for light use and a short bridge to subscriptions for a busy publisher. Decide how much of the purchased allowance your actual schedule will consume before describing it as years of free email.
