EzyCommunity lifetime deal

The EzyCommunity lifetime deal combines courses, member discussions and paid access. Choose a tier using course storage and email needs as well as member numbers. If you plan to sell memberships, the continuing platform commission can matter more than the difference in licence price.

Who is EzyCommunity for?

Tier 1 is a candidate for a small free community whose courses fit its storage allowance. For paid access, compare expected sales fees before choosing the cheapest licence. Tier 3 removes platform commission and adds listed branding and digest features, but a separately branded mobile app still costs extra.

Suitable for

Course or membership owners who need paid lessons and member conversations in the same service.

Consider another option if

Buyers requiring unlimited media or a dedicated branded app in the base purchase, or a migration with unverified access rules.

What comes with the lifetime deal?

Current offer

Three visible buyable AppSumo tiers. A generic terms sentence mentions four; no fourth AppSumo price is invented here.

Commission

Tier 1 takes 4%, Tier 2 takes 1.5%, Tier 3 takes 0% platform sales commission. Payment processor charges remain separate.

Branded app

The shared mobile apps are included. A fully branded app is a separate purchase; the public page currently shows monthly, annual and one-time options.

Lifetime scope

The AppSumo FAQ defines access for the life of the product, including future updates to the purchased plan.

Terms

Activate within 60 days; no code stacking; 60-day refund window. Upgrades depend on availability.

Protection

The founder says DRM is not planned. Do not promise protection against screenshots or screen recordings.

Costs and limits to account for

  • Only Tier 3 has zero platform sales commission
  • A fully branded app under your own app-store identity is a separate purchase
  • Storage and database-operation caps still apply alongside member capacity

Member, storage and activity limits

A small 300-member community with four courses fits Tier 1’s current 500 members and 5 courses, but its media must also fit 5 GB. A library with six courses needs a higher plan even if the member count is low. At 12 GB of uploaded course material, Tier 3 is the first listed storage fit.

Email capacity can be tighter than membership capacity. Sending four marketing messages to 500 people requires 2,000 sends before retries or other campaigns. That exceeds Tier 1’s 1,000 and Tier 2’s 1,500 monthly marketing allowance, while fitting Tier 3’s 5,000. Confirm how the vendor counts each type of message; do not assume transactional mail or a digest consumes the same pool.

Compare the tier price with sales commission

On an illustrative $3,000 of gross sales, a 4% platform fee is $120 and a 1.5% fee is $45. The difference is $75. Tier 3’s 0% platform fee removes that category of commission, but normal processor fees remain. This is arithmetic for an assumed sales volume, not a revenue forecast.

The current Tier 2 minus Tier 1 purchase difference is $70. Compare that upfront amount with the $75 fee difference in the example. For a different forecast, multiply gross sales by 0.025 to compare Tier 1 with Tier 2, or by 0.015 to compare Tier 2 with Tier 3. Use the fee rate for the tier you intend to buy and the same gross-sales forecast for both options.

A free community has no sales commission to offset a higher license price. It should choose capacity and needed features instead of borrowing the economics of a paid membership.

Included mobile access versus a branded app

AppSumo’s broad wording about mobile and white-label features can be misleading if read without the detailed answers. Members can use the shared EzyCommunity iOS and Android apps. A separate branded app under your own name has its own pricing page. The branded-app options are $199 monthly, $149 monthly-equivalent with annual billing, or $3,490 once. Those are vendor direct add-on options, not extra AppSumo tiers.

The FAQ assigns white-label branding and weekly digest to Tier 3, but that does not establish that a separately listed app-store app is bundled. Confirm the exact branded surfaces you need. Unlimited event entries also do not prove unlimited native meeting or streaming capacity; those entitlements and possible paid add-ons were not fully resolved in the public material read.

Extra marketing-email packages are offered, but the recent public answer did not give prices. Database operations are capped too; the action-to-operation conversion and overage behavior were not established. If a busy community or repeated email campaigns are central to the business, obtain those details before choosing the lowest plan.

Test permissions before migrating a community

Before moving an established group, check the join, pay, cancel and expiry paths with representative member accounts. Include event access, email delivery and exporting the information you need to keep. A large member allowance does not establish that these paths work for your access rules.

Write down the access result you expect for each member type and compare it with what happens in the account. If a permission change is meant to take effect immediately, check that without asking the member to sign out. Keep the existing community available until the important access and export checks pass.

FEATURE COMPARISON

Features, limits and paid extras

“Included” and “unlimited” can mean different things. This checklist separates full access, usage limits, add-ons and features that are not confirmed.

USE CASES

What problems does EzyCommunity solve?

01

Keep course discussions close to the lessons

When lessons, group discussions and event notices live in different services, members may not know where to find the next activity or which content their purchase unlocks.

How to use it

  1. Set up one representative course and the discussion channels it needs, keeping uploaded media within the selected storage limit.
  2. Define free and paid access before inviting members; check the route from joining to the correct lessons and events.
  3. Check what happens when access expires or changes, and whether members need to sign in again to see the change.
  4. Use only the email or digest features included on the chosen tier, and allow for their send limits.

What this helps you do: You can evaluate whether members can move between paid content and discussion without maintaining separate services for those tasks.

Limitations: Permissions and access changes need an account test before a migration. The buyer reports discussed below include access friction, and a promised fix has not been verified here.

02

Choose a plan for a paid community without ignoring commission

The cheapest license can have a larger continuing cost once membership sales start.

How to use it

  1. Estimate gross sales processed through the community.
  2. Apply the platform percentage for each tier.
  3. Add payment processing and any required app or video extras.
  4. Compare the difference in commission with the upfront tier difference.

What this helps you do: You can compare the upfront upgrade price with the fees it could avoid at your own assumed sales volume.

Limitations: Sales forecasts are assumptions. Zero platform commission does not mean zero payment fees, taxes or other operating costs.

BUYER FEEDBACK

What buyers say

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

A community platform or a group you already run?

Keep an existing group when discussion is the whole requirement and members already participate there. Moving becomes easier to justify when you need paid lessons, gated access and conversations together, rather than buying capacity for a community you have not yet built.

For a competing membership platform, compare your actual courses and media, access rules, sales fees, emails and member mobile experience. Shared mobile apps may meet the need without paying for a dedicated app. If a permission rule or export requirement remains unproven, resolve it before moving members.

BEFORE YOU BUY

EzyCommunity lifetime deal FAQs

Does EzyCommunity Tier 3 include my own branded mobile app?

Do not assume that. Shared mobile access and Tier 3 white-label branding are distinct from a separately branded app under your own name, which the founder directs to a separate paid offer.

Does every tier have zero commission?

No. The current AppSumo table lists 4% on Tier 1, 1.5% on Tier 2 and 0% on Tier 3. Payment processor fees are separate.

Can I buy more marketing email capacity?

The founder says additional packages are available. A current public package price remains unspecified.

Are native live meetings and streaming unlimited?

The offer lists unlimited events, but event entries and video service capacity are not the same thing. Unlimited native meeting/streaming entitlements are not established for these tiers.

Does it stop members recording my lessons?

The founder says DRM is not planned. Do not rely on the deal as a guarantee against screenshots, screen recording or redistribution.
