  • Requests are pooled across locations

Separate the platform licence from delivery charges

Current official documentation says SMS uses your own provider connection. The licence therefore does not include unlimited free text-message delivery. Provider, destination-country, phone-number and messaging charges can remain outside the lifetime price.

Email sending also depends on correct domain configuration and customer permissions. Custom branding does not automatically establish deliverability. Verify a representative message, reply path and unsubscribe process before treating a connected domain as a completed campaign setup.

The founder says current features include AI and that future resource-intensive capabilities may offer BYOK or require a third-party account. Do not turn that into a promise of unlimited free model usage forever. Existing automation services used to supply customer events may also have their own task limits.

ProductBridge

  • AI credits remain metered despite unlimited boards.
  • API/webhooks and insights start at Tier 2.
  • New-user eligibility excludes existing trials.

Support volume is another tier decision

The offer has expanded beyond its original feedback-board positioning. It now lists support chat, a help center and surveys. Tier 1 has 150 support conversations per month, 100 help articles and three active surveys. Tier 2 raises those to 500, 500 and ten. Higher tiers remove the listed conversation and article caps, while Tier 3 still has a 25-survey ceiling.

Count conversations in the month you are likely to be busiest, not only a quiet average. A launch that creates 180 support conversations already exceeds Tier 1 even if the board contains very few feature requests. Keep human handling and escalation in the evaluation: a generated reply must not silently commit your company to a refund, delivery date or promised feature.

The August founder update says support, help-center and survey features are live, superseding July answers that called them upcoming. Those features may cover only part of an existing helpdesk’s workload. Test the channels and record exports your team actually uses.

Do not treat unlimited feedback as unlimited analysis

Boards and tracked users are advertised without a numeric cap, but AI remains metered. Monthly allowances and the one-time bonus are distinct balances. The founder says separately purchased top-ups do not expire; their current prices are displayed inside the billing screen.

The founder answer says BYOK is not on the roadmap. You cannot assume that connecting your own model account avoids ProductBridge credit limits. Nor did the available evidence settle a universal cost per feedback item or monthly-credit rollover. A planning exercise should therefore count the actual actions required—ingestion, grouping, summaries and follow-up—then compare observed account usage during evaluation.

Keep a small reference set of requests that deliberately includes duplicates, contrasting customer needs and different wording for the same issue. Review what the AI merges before allowing its summaries to drive a roadmap. Ten votes from a narrow segment can be less important than a single blocker for a core workflow; the software organizes evidence but does not make that business decision.

How the tools fit common workflows

More Good Reviews

Ask after completed work

A service business forgets to request feedback consistently.

  1. Connect signup or charge events and confirm the data.
  2. Set a delay, channel and reminder policy.
  3. Test the full request and stop flow with a consented sample.

Expected outcome: Requests can follow a repeatable event rather than manual memory.

Limitation: Provider charges, permission and pooled request limits remain.

Manage client reputation accounts

An agency needs separate client views and branding.

  1. Confirm the required white-label tier in writing.
  2. Count every location and empty project.
  3. Connect review sources and approve initial reply drafts.

Expected outcome: Clients can receive a consistent review-management service.

Limitation: Lower-tier branding entitlement is conflicting and should not be assumed.

ProductBridge

Turn repeated support requests into a decision

Feature requests arrive in several places and lose their customer context.

  1. Connect one supported source and import a small sample.
  2. Review duplicate grouping and customer attribution.
  3. Link a selected request to a roadmap item and notify its followers after release.

Expected outcome: A request can remain connected to its customer through planning and delivery.

Limitation: AI grouping needs review; source-service access and monthly AI allowances still apply.

Separate feedback for several products

An agency needs unrelated product boards and staff permissions.

  1. Count organizations and users per organization.
  2. Configure private/public visibility with sample requests.
  3. Check a user from each organization cannot see unrelated private work.

Expected outcome: Organization-based plans can support separate feedback spaces.

Limitation: Do not infer unrestricted resale or shared credit pooling from organization count.

What buyers report

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

More Good Reviews

Good reports for setup and widgets, narrower than a full campaign test

Five newest visible reviews praise usability, support and review widgets. Some reports concern only a subset of features; they do not establish SMS deliverability or full agency behavior.

ProductBridge

A small, mixed feedback sample

The listing has three reviews. Two praise onboarding or connected feedback collection. A third discloses paid AppSumo testing and a free licence; its update says earlier beta concerns were addressed. The small sample does not establish reliability at scale.

More Good Reviews vs ProductBridge: common questions

Which product costs less for my workload?

Choose the smallest tier that covers your actual usage in each product, then add any required membership, credits or outside subscriptions. A cheaper starting price is not a saving if it leaves essential work uncovered.

Can I buy every lifetime plan shown here?

Only offers marked available have a current recorded purchase option. Sold-out plans are historical context. The merchant confirms the final price, availability and terms when you buy.

More Good Reviews: Is the request allowance per location?

No. Each code adds 5000 monthly requests to the account pool and 20 locations; the pool is shared.

More Good Reviews: How many codes unlock white labeling?

The dedicated lifetime terms and plan table support agency features from three codes. A marketplace FAQ still says five; confirm the exact branded-portal functions before purchase.

ProductBridge: Can I use my own AI key?

The founder answer says BYOK is not currently on the roadmap.

ProductBridge: Does unlimited feedback include unlimited AI?

No. Monthly credits and one-time bonus credits have their own allowances.
