TidyCal lifetime deal

The TidyCal lifetime deal offers Individual at $29 and Agency at $79. The main choice is whether one person or a small team needs to host meetings. Calendar connections, team members and SMS segments are separate limits, and the current offer differs from older purchases.

Who is TidyCal for?

Individual is the starting point for one host who needs the paid scheduling controls. Agency is for the recorded small-team features. If you require complete branding removal, a custom domain or no Stripe platform fee, price Pro from the outset instead of assuming the highest lifetime tier includes them.

Suitable for

An individual who wants clients to choose appointments without repeated email exchanges.

Consider another option if

A buyer requiring a fully unbranded booking page within the one-time license.

Buy Agency for team scheduling, not for more calendars

Current Individual and Agency both list 10 calendar connections. If one person manages several calendars, Individual may already cover the requirement. Agency’s meaningful differences are team functions, its 4-person allowance and limited SMS reminders.

A consultant with one personal and two work calendars is still one host. A team of an owner and three colleagues reaches Agency’s recorded person limit even if each connects only one calendar. Do not substitute the calendar total for a user total or assume the word Agency grants unlimited separate client accounts.

For a larger team, ask about the current paid arrangement rather than purchasing extra lifetime accounts and assuming they pool into one team. The table records the current new-buyer offer; it is not an upgrade guarantee for an existing paid account.

Ten SMS segments is not ten reminders to every customer

Agency lists 10 SMS segments per month for US and Canadian numbers. A segment is the billing unit for a text message, and longer messages may use more than one. It should not be treated as one guaranteed full reminder per booked customer regardless of length.

If reminders are essential for dozens of appointments, this allowance is small. Keep email reminders as part of the plan and determine the required SMS entitlement before buying. The current evidence does not establish an inexpensive lifetime top-up route. Pro advertises a different reminder allowance, but its recurring cost belongs in the comparison.

A booking made outside the supported phone regions does not acquire SMS coverage merely because the host has Agency. Confirm number eligibility and the actual message template before promising a particular reminder channel to clients.

The platform fee remains after the one-time purchase

The dedicated fee guide states a 1% fee on eligible Stripe payments for Free and lifetime plans, separate from Stripe’s own processing. By default the customer pays it on top of the price. Lifetime owners can choose to absorb it; the choice affects who bears the cost, not whether the fee exists.

At the documented 1% rate, a hypothetical $5,000 in eligible monthly charges produces $50 in platform fees. That arithmetic excludes Stripe costs, refunds and taxes. The fee guide lists PayPal payments and Stripe countries where platform fees are unsupported as exceptions, so do not apply the example indiscriminately to every merchant.

The current direct Pro price is $12 monthly or $99 annually and removes the TidyCal platform fee while active. A high-volume seller should compare that recurring cost with fees it would otherwise pay or pass to customers. This is a cost decision about the payment arrangement, not a claim that Pro saves every user money.

The fee guide also covers subscriptions, packages and digital-store sales, and says platform fees are returned proportionately on refunds. Review the current customer checkout and your provider’s separate charges before quoting a final session price.

Current lifetime plans keep branding; older licences can differ

New Individual and Agency purchases retain a reduced TidyCal logo. Complete removal and a custom domain are listed under Pro. If a fully branded booking page is mandatory, Agency alone does not solve that requirement. Domain registration and any external website work remain separate.

The FAQ records different entitlements for Agency bought before September 1, 2026: more calendars, unlimited members and a larger SMS allowance. It also identifies legacy custom-domain eligibility for certain earlier Individual and Agency purchases. Those older terms should not be used to describe what a new buyer receives today.

Existing owners should identify their purchase date and account plan before upgrading or buying again. The presence of a feature in an older review may be accurate for that reviewer while being wrong for the current offer. Keep the original receipt and terms when asking support about a discrepancy.

Do not buy solely for a feature the free plan may provide

The current pricing table describes Free as covering core bookings, paid sessions and several booking types. It also lists API, MCP and webhooks on every plan, while parts of the general FAQ still describe API among paid features. That inconsistency makes a paid purchase solely to unlock automation a poor assumption.

Check the exact connection and action on the current Free entitlement first. Individual has clearer reasons to buy when you need its additional calendar connections, custom notifications or automatic meeting links. External video providers and automation services can impose their own limits or charges even when TidyCal supports a connection.

USE CASES

What problems does TidyCal solve?

01

Offer availability without exposing a busy work calendar

A consultant coordinates several calendars and repeatedly negotiates meeting times.

How to use it

  1. Connect the calendars whose events should block availability.
  2. Choose the writable destination and define the meeting types, buffers and availability.
  3. Share the booking page and verify the proposed meeting’s calendar and video-link behaviour.

What this helps you do: Prospects can select an available time instead of exchanging several messages.

Limitations: Multiple calendar connections do not create multiple hosts or prove every external calendar sync behaves identically.

02

Route meetings across a small team

A business wants a team page or collective meeting rather than one person’s calendar.

How to use it

  1. Count the owner as part of the recorded Agency user allowance.
  2. Choose round-robin or collective scheduling according to who must attend.
  3. Check each host’s calendar and notification requirements before sharing the page.

What this helps you do: Agency’s listed team features can match a small shared scheduling workflow.

Limitations: A four-person allowance is not unlimited agency-client access; old plan descriptions may describe different entitlements.

03

Take payment while booking a session

A service provider wants payment associated with an appointment.

How to use it

  1. Configure a supported payment processor and the session price.
  2. Choose whether to absorb the eligible Stripe platform fee or pass it to the booker.
  3. Review the customer total and the cancellation/refund policy before launch.

What this helps you do: Scheduling and payment can be connected in one customer journey.

Limitations: Payment processing remains a separate service.

BUYER FEEDBACK

What buyers say

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

Compare TidyCal with kiwilaunch by service flow and branding

kiwilaunch is relevant for a service catalogue, classes and a booking widget under a custom domain. Its one-code listing includes removing vendor branding, but still retains its own platform transaction fee and separate Stripe costs. Its staff-calendar guidance does not establish every login permission, so teams need to compare access controls rather than count calendars alone.

For a simple meeting link, start with the free option that already meets the calendar and booking requirements. For paid services, compare the payment total and cancellation flow. For teams, compare who can host, who can edit bookings and how scheduling is distributed. These separate decisions give a better answer than assuming one lifetime tool replaces every scheduling subscription.

BEFORE YOU BUY

TidyCal lifetime deal FAQs

Does Agency have more calendar connections than Individual?

Not in the current new-buyer table: both list 10. Agency adds team features and a small SMS allowance.

Does the owner count toward Agency’s user limit?

Yes. The current recorded allowance includes the owner.

Are paid bookings free of platform charges?

Eligible Stripe payments have a platform fee on lifetime plans. PayPal has no TidyCal platform fee, but processor charges remain separate.

Does Agency remove all branding?

No. Current lifetime purchases retain reduced branding; complete removal is a Pro feature.

Why does an older review show more calendars?

The vendor records legacy plan differences by purchase date. Do not apply those older allowances to a new purchase.
