  • Saved business context across campaign workflows
  • Unlimited seats across current AppSumo plans
  • MCP from Consultant and REST API from Partner
  • Hosted affiliate sites with custom domains
  • Two or ten scheduled automations by tier
  • API access listed on both tiers

Which tool should you choose?

The Marketing Vault

Starter is a candidate for one business with occasional drafting needs. Operator suits a small set of brands and adds webinar/VSL assets; Consultant is the first plan for MCP and Funnel Page Designer. Pay for Agency when white-label capability matters, or Partner when a REST API integration is genuinely required. More profiles are useful only if your active and retained client records need them.

Suitable for

Consultants writing related campaign assets for clients whose business context they would otherwise re-enter.

UseArticle

Tier 1 is the lower-cost starting point for a small website project. Tier 2 is more suitable when you need more sites, more than two automations or BYOK generation, provided you accept a separate OpenAI bill. Skip the purchase for now if native WordPress delivery or a proven full-site migration path is essential.

Suitable for

Affiliate publishers comfortable with a hosted platform

Consider another option if

Buyers requiring confirmed native WordPress publishing, full-site export or automatic factual accuracy.

Credits, limits and extra costs

The Marketing Vault

  • Profiles in Trash continue using a slot for 14 days, and immediate permanent purges are limited.
  • Unlimited in-app runs do not mean unlimited MCP or API execution
  • Generated copy still needs proof checking, editing and a publishing platform

Unlimited in-app runs are not unlimited automation

The current table gives Operator and higher tiers unlimited in-app runs under fair use. MCP and REST API execution have their own 250-run monthly figures. For example, a connected agent that makes 15 charged runs per working day over 20 days would request 300 runs, above the published external-automation cap even when manual in-app use is unlimited.

The public answers do not clearly say whether Partner’s MCP and REST API allowances are separate or share a pool. Do not assume 500 total automated runs by adding two rows. Ask for the intended accounting before building an integration whose business model depends on that sum. An external AI assistant, automation service or hosting environment can also have its own bill.

UseArticle

  • Tier 1 does not include BYOK or automated thumbnails.
  • The 100-blog allowance is not documented as a monthly reset.
  • Native WordPress publishing and complete site migration remain unconfirmed.
  • Purchase requires AppSumo Plus.

An automation is a schedule, not a single article

The vendor describes choosing a site, products, formats, duration and posting frequency, then tracking generated and scheduled posts in a calendar. Its public page offers runs lasting up to 90 days with one or two posts per day. The tier allowance counts automations, while site and blog limits remain separate. Ten automations should not be read as ten total lifetime articles or a promise of ten articles every day.

Before scheduling several runs, make a small workload sheet: destination site, existing blog count, posts per day, number of days and who reviews the output. Keep different product sets from repeatedly generating pages about the same buying decision. The tool can manage production, but choosing distinct topics and retiring stale recommendations remains editorial work.

Budget for API usage, domains and future model access

Tier 2’s unlimited generation uses your OpenAI API key. The platform licence and model-provider bill are different purchases. The documentation does not specify one fixed cost per article, which model each workflow selects, or how retries and extraction affect billing. Do not forecast spend from word count alone. Set an initial provider budget and measure a representative workflow before expanding it.

A custom-domain feature connects a domain; it does not establish that domain registration or yearly renewal is included. If you run external automation, that service may have its own hosting or subscription cost. The AppSumo terms also reserve the possibility of paid access or add-ons for future AI models. This is narrower than assuming every future model is included forever.

The purchase page currently shows a Plus requirement. If you do not already have the necessary membership, include its checkout cost before comparing this deal with a direct plan. Confirm the membership price at checkout.

How the tools fit common workflows

The Marketing Vault

Keep an offer consistent across emails, ads and a landing page

Disconnected prompts can produce different promises, audiences or claims in each campaign asset.

  1. Enter real business facts, the target buyer, offer terms and supporting proof in one profile.
  2. Choose one campaign workflow and generate its initial assets.
  3. Compare the claims and calls to action across the resulting copy.
  4. Edit and export the approved material to the actual publishing tools.

Expected outcome: Emails, advertisements and landing-page copy can start with the same supplied offer and audience details, reducing the need to re-enter that brief for each draft.

Limitation: Saved context is only as accurate as the facts supplied. The tool does not establish that claims are true or that a campaign will convert.

Manage active clients without relying on instant profile recycling

An agency may plan to delete each finished client and immediately reuse the same profile slot.

  1. Count clients that need a live context profile at the same time.
  2. Include recently deleted profiles during the 14-day Trash period.
  3. Keep archive copies of approved assets outside the tool.
  4. Select a tier with enough room for the real overlap rather than assuming unlimited instant purges.

Expected outcome: You can buy enough simultaneous profile capacity for clients whose records overlap, including profiles still in Trash.

Limitation: The permanent-purge limit prevents unlimited instant slot recycling. Keep an external copy before deleting a client’s context or deliverables.

UseArticle

Keep a small affiliate site on a planned schedule

Product articles are delayed because each publication needs repetitive setup.

  1. Collect current product facts and your approved affiliate URLs.
  2. Choose a site, a small product set and a schedule within the tier limits.
  3. Inspect the resulting articles and calendar before expanding the workload.

Expected outcome: A defined schedule can reduce repeated publishing setup.

Limitation: Automatic generation is not independent product research or proof of purchase intent.

Separate several niche sites without mixing their products

Managing unrelated products in one content queue can create irrelevant recommendations.

  1. Assign a clear audience and product set to each site.
  2. Count sites and automations separately before selecting a tier.
  3. Review each site’s output for repetition and outdated offers.

Expected outcome: Separate destinations and schedules can make editorial responsibility clearer.

Limitation: Team permissions, agency handover and full-site exports are not established by the offer.

What buyers report

Buyer experiences can vary with the plan, product version and workflow.

The Marketing Vault

Structure helps, but the writer still edits

Two buyers liked reusing context across connected writing tasks but still revised the generated copy. One found parts of the interface cluttered. This supports evaluating a complete campaign workflow and export, rather than judging the tool from one generated paragraph.

Many tools can create a learning burden

An October buyer found the range of options useful but had to focus on one task at a time. Count the workflows you will use regularly before paying for a higher plan; the number of tools listed is not a measure of how much work you will save.

UseArticle

Positive concept, little outcome evidence

Both visible reviews give positive ratings. One likes the site/product/automation concept but still asks for a complete workflow demonstration; the other expresses concern about long-term service continuity. Two brief reviews cannot establish publishing reliability, search results or affiliate earnings.

The Marketing Vault vs UseArticle: common questions

Which product costs less for my workload?

Choose the smallest tier that covers your actual usage in each product, then add any required membership, credits or outside subscriptions. A cheaper starting price is not a saving if it leaves essential work uncovered.

Can I buy every lifetime plan shown here?

Only offers marked available have a current recorded purchase option. Sold-out plans are historical context. The merchant confirms the final price, availability and terms when you buy.

The Marketing Vault: How many runs does the entry lifetime plan include?

The current Starter table lists 100 in-app runs per month. Older articles with a different allowance are not the current offer.

The Marketing Vault: Can I delete a profile and immediately reuse its slot?

Normally the profile remains in Trash for 14 days and still uses the slot. The founder allows up to three permanent purges per rolling 30 days.

UseArticle: Are Tier 1’s 100 blogs renewed every month?

The offer does not state a monthly reset. Its wording is blogs per website; deletion, draft and rewrite accounting remain unanswered.

UseArticle: Does Tier 1 include BYOK?

No. Tier 1 does not include BYOK or automated thumbnails; Tier 2 includes both.
